NCB: Investigators demand crores from SRK

Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) investigators demanded money from Shah Rukh Khan (SRK) for Aryan Khan’s case: footage goes viral.

Baaghi TV has gathered that the Indian media reported, a witness alleged that the NCB investigators demanded a huge bribe from actor Shah Rukh Khan for the release of Aryan Khan.

According to NDTV, a witness has accused the NCB investigators of soliciting bribes. The witness has also submitted a formal affidavit in this regard in the court.

According to media reports, in the affidavit submitted to the court, witness Prabhakar Sail claimed that Goswami had also met Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani on the morning of October 3 in a car.

He claimed that the money was obtained from Sam D’Souza and handed over to Goswami, whose selfie with Aryan Khan went viral.

It should be noted that Prabhakar Sail is a private detective working with the NCB, is KP Goswami’s bodyguard and a witness in Aryan Khan’s case. According to media reports, KP Goswami is currently missing from the scene.

The affidavit filed in the court states that he heard Goswami talking on the phone to a man, Sam D’Souza, in which Goswami allegedly said that the matter was settled at INR 180 million, of which INR 80 million was N.C. BK investigator Sameer Wankhede was to be handed over. Goswami has taken INR 5 million out of which INR 3.8 million was given to Sameer and is missing from the scene.

Prabhakar Sail has also taken the position in his affidavit that investigator Sameer Wankhede had asked him to sign several simple papers.

India’s NCB has categorically denied all the allegations. According to the NCB bureau chief, the matter will be investigated by the Chief Vigilance Officer. Sameer Wankhede has complained to the Mumbai Police that an attempt is being made to implicate him in a fake case.

He also filed an affidavit in Mumbai’s Sessions Court on Monday stating that an attempt was being made to influence his witnesses in the Aryan Khan case.

It is to be noted that the arrested Aryan Khan had told the NCB officials during the interrogation that since his father Shah Rukh Khan is very busy in shooting films, he has to take time from his secretary Pooja to meet him at home.
