The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) notified Rs1.25 per unit increase in the electricity prices under the third quarterly fuel adjustment for 2022-23.
The NEPRA gave its decision on the petitions filed by the power distribution companies.
Consumers will now have to pay additional amounts in their monthly bills for July, August and September, 2023.
