New updates expected for WhatsApp users soon

World-renowned messaging app, Whatsapp, has introduced a number of features in the past few months to facilitate users, and will soon offer more features, the developments for which have already begun.

According to WABetaInfo, a website that tracks WhatsApp updates, the company is working to make the ‘URL Link Preview’ bigger and clearer for Android and iOS users, meaning that if you paste a link from any website onto WhatsApp, the corresponding image will be larger so that you know what the sender sent the link to.

If the picture on the website link doesn’t have a good resolution, you’ll see a thumbnail instead with that link, according to the WABetainfo. It’s unknown at this time when the new feature will be rolled out.
