No Petrol for The Unvaccinated, Lahore Officials Enforce Law
Lahore: Lahore officials have begun a strict crackdown on the unvaccinated residents of the city, not allowing them to buy any petrol. Now, vaccination certificates will be checked at petrol pumps.
According to reports, District Administration Lahore has started checking coronavirus vaccine certificates at petrol pumps. Now, only the vaccinated will be able to get petrol.
In the DHA area of Lahore, Assistant Commissioner Cantt Zeeshan Nasrullah Ranjha has been making his rounds, making sure checks are being performed at pumps. Petrol is only being provided to the vaccinated.
Assistant Commissioner Cantt Zeeshan Nasrullah Ranjha and DC Lahore Umer Sher Chatha have also instructed petrol pumps staff not to provide petrol to the unvaccinated.

On the other hand, the district administration of Lahore issued a report on the violation of coronavirus SOPs by shops. A total of 25 shops have so far been sealed.
6 shops were sealed in Tehsil City, 11 in Shalimar Town. Another 2 shops were sealed in Raiwind and 2 in Model Town.
4 shops were checked in the Cantt area. DC Lahore Umar Sher Chatha says all assistant commissioners are checking coronavirus SOPs in their respective areas, ensuring they are being followed properly. Shops violating the SOPs have been sealed.
