No system except democracy can survive in Pakistan: Chaudhri Sarwar

Lahore – January 28 (Online) Int’l: Governor Punjab Chaudhary Sarwar has said that tradition of creating hurdles for elected governments should end now.

Talking to media, governor Punjab said that opposition lawmakers under PDM alliance have neither submitted their resignations, nor will they stage a long march. Sarwar said that continuity of democracy is essential for a country’s development, prosperity and stability. Replying to a question, Governor Punjab said that regardless of PDM’s claims, elections will be held in 2023 and Prime Minister will complete his constitutional term.

Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar revealed that Punjab government is launching a typhoid vaccination campaign from the 1st of February.
