Additional District and Sessions Judge Quetta has issued a non-bailable warrant against Sarfraz Bugti in a case of aiding and abetting the abduction of a girl child.
The case was heard in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Agha Munir on Friday. Non-bailable warrants have been issued against Senator Sarfraz Bugti in a case of aiding and abetting child abduction.
The warrant was issued by Additional District and Sessions Judge Quetta. The court has ordered the police to arrest Sarfraz Bugti and produce him in court on July 24.
The Supreme Court had rejected the plea of former Balochistan Home Minister Sarfraz Bugti for interim bail in the kidnapping case of a 9-year-old girl.

A two-member bench of the apex court heard the case on Thursday. Sarfraz Bugti’s lawyer Kamran Murtaza had sought interim bail till the next hearing and took the position that it would be difficult if interim bail was not granted.
Justice Qazi Amin had remarked that the imposition would be made. No one has arrested Sarfraz Bugti for 6 months, now who will arrest Sarfraz Bugti.
Justice Mazhar Alam had remarked that Sarfraz Bugti is an influential person, try to find a girl. The court rejected Sarfraz Bugti’s plea for interim bail and adjourned the hearing till July 14.
