The hearing on the Noor Mukaddam murder case has been adjourned till the 15th of September, in the Islamabad High Court.  According to reports of Baaghi TV, the court has directed Advocate Shah Khawar to file a power of attorney today. Justice Amir Farooq remarked that the parameters for granting and revoking bail are different due to which they would be heard as separate petitions.  The court has reportedly re-issued notice on the bail application of Zahir Jaffer’s mother Ismat Zakir. Petitioner’s counsel Khawaja Harris, Advocate Shah Khawar appeared on behalf of plaintiff Shaukat Mukaddam. According to reports, Shah Khawar assured the court to submit power of attorney.
