Regarding the murder of Noor Mukaddam, a CCTV footage of the Jaffar household was submitted to the court for legal purposes; the footage reportedly had shown the deceased’s attempts of escaping.
The footage went viral and was openly shown on public television by various news channels. Ever since it was revealed that there was a footage, the people on Twitter had opposed the idea of it being shared with the masses. However, now that it is being shared across all social platforms, people have a lot to say about it.
It is really painful to see the cctv footage of helpless #NoorMukadam in the clutches of a beast #ZahirJaffer.. Journalists must not share and channels must not air the visuals, this is very disturbing and traumatic for us so just imagine the feelings of her family!

Some people went up ahead and asked Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) and Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) as to why they have not taken any action against Noor’s last moments being shared with the masses, many of which are underage.
National TV channels showing CCTV footage of late Noor Muqaddam & Zahir Jaffer should be ashamed of being disrespectful to not only her but insensitive to her family. Shame on you. Doesn’t PEMRA or PTA have some rules for this or this doesn’t tantamount to “objectionable”?

PEMRA has issues with actors holding hands in dramas as it gives them moral anxiety. Why the hell are they not objecting to TV channels showing Noor Mukadam’s cctv video? It is immoral to air a video of this girl who is not alive! #ZahirJaffar #JusticeForNoor

The official Instagram and Twitter pages fighting for Noor and her rights, also revealed that the video was shared under confidence with the defendant, Zahir Jaffar’s, legal team.
Absolutely shocked & shattered. Its only been a day since the CCTV footage was given to the defense legal team. The Judge told them that it shouldn't be leaked at all. Now it's out there. No regard of what this would be like for Noor's loved ones. Havent they been through enough.

The rest of the Twitter was quick to call out the News channels on their insensitivity for the matter.
Every major news channel is running the CCTV footage of Noor’s last moments.
Nothing matters more than breaking the news first and pasting your logos all over the footage. Koi peechay na reh jaye bus. No empathy, no concern for her family or loved ones. Absolutely sickening.— Salaar Khan (@Brainmasalaar) November 13, 2021
As of right now, no authoritative figure has addressed the issue.
