Leading Pakistani actor and TV host, Ahsan Khan, has reportedly expressed disappointment against the investigating agencies, the State, and law enforcement agencies pertaining to the ongoing trial for the Noor Muqaddam murder.
Sharing a saying by Hazrat Umar Farooq (R.A.) in his InstaStory yesterday, Ahsan Khan wrote, “In a state which has mercy on criminals, its innocent people die with great cruelty”. Khan used the hashtag Noor Muqaddam Murder Case (#noormaqdamqatalcase).
According to Baaghi TV reports, the investigating officer of the Noor Muqaddam case has said that no fingerprints of the main accused Zahir Jaffer have been found on either the dagger or the pistol, used to murder the 27-year-old daughter of former Ambassador Shaukat Muqaddam. The investigation officer stated that evidence against has been found only in the forensic report. However, the Punjab Forensic Agency (PFA) has reviewed the court proceedings yesterday. According to which, Noor Muqaddam was sexually abused before being brutally murdered.
In addition, Zahir Jaffer’s skin samples were also found under Noor Muqaddam’s nails, along with blood on the dagger and blades. According to reports, Noor Muqaddam made every attempt to save her life before she was killed.
The former ambassador’s daughter was killed last year. Shaukat Ali Muqaddam, the father of Noor Muqaddam who was killed in the jurisdiction of Kohsar police station Islamabad, while giving a statement regarding the murder said he had received a call came from Kohsar police station his daughter had been killed and when I arrived at the scene, my daughter’s throat was slit. Noor Muqaddam’s killer accused Zahir Jaffer, his parents, and other accused are imprisoned in Adiala Jail. The US Embassy has reportedly spoken with the killer-accused Zahir Jaffer.
A case of murder of Noor Muqaddam has been registered in Kohsar police station. Police say a case has been registered under Section 302 of the IPC on the complaint of the girl’s father Shaukat Ali Muqaddam.
