Petition filed in court to declare killer accused Zahir Jaffer insane, during proceedings of the ongoing case surrounding the murder of former Ambassador Shaukat Muqaddam’s daughter, Noor Muqaddam.  Sikandar Zulqarnain, the lawyer of main accused Zahir Jaffer, filed the petition. The petition states that the accused Zahir Jaffer is a mental patient, and should be given proper medical treatment. The petition was filed in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Ata Rabbani.
