ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to Federal Minister Shafqat Mahmood on a petition seeking suspension of Federal Minister for National History and Literary Heritage and appointment of Director General Pakistan National Council of Arts Dr. Fauzia Saeed. . The written order of the hearing issued by Justice Hassan Aurangzeb from the court while issuing notices to Federal Minister Shafqat Mehmood, Establishment Division Secretary National Heritage, NAB and Fauzia Saeed said that the petitioner citizen Abdul Latif Qureshi has taken a stand that the Federal Minister No deployment option in MP One scale. Dr. Fauzia Saeed does not meet the set criteria and the appointment of Chairman PNC should be declared null and void. The National Historical and Literary Heritage Institute has been transferred to the provinces after the 18th amendment.
