Thursday, July 2nd: With the number of Coronavirus cases rising each day, the Islamabad Capital territory ‘after detailed survey, contact tracing, ground surveillance and testing of suspected individuals’ has decided to de-seal residential areas of Islamabad.
The residential areas are to be de-sealed include, Sector I-8/3, I-8/4, I-10/4 with immediate effect on Thursday, 2nd July at 7 pm while the commercial areas of I-8, I-10 Markaz will be de-sealed by Friday, 3rd July.
According to reports, in case of violation of SOP’s strict action will be taken against the delinquents under the relevant provisions of law. Moreover, the Assistant Commissioner, Islamabad will work to ensure compliance of all SOP’s.
