According to Baaghi TV, Naveen Kumar Chaudhry, a senior IAS officer of the Jammu and Kashmir from the Indian state of Bihar, became the first permanent resident of Jammu and Kashmir from an administrative services officer. Naveen Kumar Chaudhary has been issued a domicile certificate by the Tehsildar of Gandhinagar in Jammu region. According to South Asian Wire, Naveen Chaudhry hails from Bihar and has been stationed in Jammu and Kashmir for more than 15 years. He is currently the Principal Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Horticulture.
