KARACHI: The Sindh Home Department has issued an order regarding collection of sacrificial skins on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, according to which only registered charities and religious madrassas can collect skins. According to details, a notification issued by the Sindh Home Department said that it would be prohibited to collect sacrificial skins without the permission of the commissioner and deputy commissioners.
