Opposition’s APC: Will Maryam Nawaz join PML-N delegation or not? Announced

According to the report of Baaghi TV, PML-N has announced an 11-member delegation for APC.

The 11-member delegation of PML-N will be led by Shahbaz Sharif. Vice President PML-N Maryam Nawaz will also be part of the delegation. Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Khawaja Asif, Ahsan Iqbal and Ayaz Sadiq are also included in the delegation. Rana Sanaullah, Amir Moqam and Maryam Aurangzeb will also be present.

Yesterday, PPP chairman Bilawal Zardari called Nawaz Sharif and invited him to join the APC. After which PML-N leader Musaddiq Malik confirmed that Nawaz Sharif would join the APC through video link.

On the other hand, the Pakistan People’s Party, the host party of all the opposition parties’ conference, has completed contacts with the leaders of the parties joining the APC. PPP Secretary General Syed Nayyar Hussain Bukhari, Senator Farhatullah Babar and Senator Sherry Rehman continued to extend regular invitations to APC participants. PPP Secretary General Syed Nayyar Bukhari and Farhatullah Babar met PML-N Secretary General Ahsan Iqbal and formally invited him to join the APC.

Nayyar Bukhari, Farhatullah Babar, Sherry Rehman invited Senator Muhammad Akram of BNP Bizenjo Group, Senator Usman Kakar of Map Map, Senator Mir Kabir of BNP Bizenjo, Senator Jahanzeb Jamaluddin of Center Mengal and Senator Sajid Mir of Jamiat Ahle Hadith. Nayyar Bukhari and Farhatullah Babar called on BNPA President Israrullah Zehri and Shah Owais of Jamaat-e-Ulema Akstan Noorani. Noorani was contacted by phone and invited to attend APC by Israrullah Zehri and Shah Owais. Noorani accepted the invitation and informed about the participation with the delegations.

ANP Vice President Amir Haider Hoti has informed PPP Secretary General Nayyar Bukhari about his participation in APC with the delegation.

The JUI delegation includes Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Akram Durrani and Abdul Ghafoor Haideri. Other opposition parties have also sent names to their delegations. Nayyar Bukhari said that the change in the delegations participating in the APC is at the discretion of the opposition parties. The change in the names of the delegations will be the decision of the opposition parties.

Opposition’s All Parties Conference has been relocated, hall has been booked for APC in a private hotel, All Parties Conference will be held on September 20 in Islamabad. Leaders of 11 Opposition Parties will participate in APC.
