Understanding COVID-19 and Resources Recently, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL)’s OSHA & the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued their guidelines for employers while assisting in reopening the non-essential business places, and keeping employees working conditions safe and healthy during the spread of the Corona virus pandemic. These agencies have developed two documents as publications (1) Guidance on Preparing Workplace for COVID-19 and (2) the White House Guidelines for Opening America again.
