Pak vs Aus: Pak won the Toss and Opted to Bat

Canberra: Pakistan has won the toss and decided to bat first against Australia in the second T20 international match in Manuka Oval, Canberra on Tuesday.

Pakistani skipper Babar Azam won the toss and had no hesitation in opting to bat first. “It’s a good batting wicket,” said the Pakistan captain.

Australian captain Aaron Finch seems satisfied with the chance of bowling after losing the toss and said that even if he had won the toss, he would have decided to bowl due to the possibility of dew in the second innings of the match.

Pak vs Aus: Finch Frustrated by Rain

Both teams have decided to play with the same line up as their previous encounter.

The first T20 match played in Sydney was canceled due to rain, but due to the aggressive batting of Aaron Finch in the match, the chances of an Australian victory were clear.

The match was limited to 15, 15 overs due to the first rain and the Australian team had a target of 119 runs under Duckworth–Lewis (D/L) method, in which the host team scored 41 runs in three overs without any loss.

Pakistan and Australia will play their final T20 on November 8 in Perth, followed by a two match Test series.
