According to the Baaghi TV report, “Pakistan’s Accession Day” has become a top trend on social networking site Twitter. Kashmiris, Pakistanis and other Muslims from all over the world are expressing their feelings in this trend. In which Kashmiri people are being appreciated for the spirit.
In his message on social networking site Twitter, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that today Kashmiris had passed a resolution to join Pakistan, renewing their commitment to support the right of Kashmiris in the struggle for self-determination.
It should be noted that Kashmiris all over the world are celebrating Pakistan Accession Day today. The purpose of celebrating this day is to renew the pledge that Kashmir is a part of Pakistan and its struggle will continue till its accession to Pakistan.
Kashmiris in the Occupied Territories are fighting for independence from Indian illegitimate domination and annexation to Pakistan. On July 19, 1947, Kashmiris decided to join Pakistan ideologically by severing ties with Pakistan. The resolution of accession was unanimously passed.
The landmark resolution called for Jammu and Kashmir’s accession to Pakistan in the context of religious, geographical, cultural and economic ties.
On this day, Kashmiris renew their pledge that the movement will continue till the accession to Pakistan. The slogan of Kashmiris dedicated to independence is that Kashmir will become Pakistan even today. On July 19, 1947, 60 Kashmiri leaders gathered at the house of Kashmiri leader Sardar Ibrahim in Srinagar and unanimously decided to join Pakistan. Every Kashmiri had a voice in his heart, a decision that was made to protect religious, cultural, geographical and economic rights, a decision that was in accordance with the British formula of accession, but in no way compatible with Indian intentions.
Maharaja Hari Singh of the Hindu Dogra Raj of Kashmir could not digest the decision of the Muslims. Hari Singh did not respect the wishes of the majority population nor of basic human rights, and secretly accepted pro-India, after which the entire valley started a revolt that continues today.
