Pakistan Condemns Kabul Blast

Lahore (3rd Sept, 2019): Foreign Office issues statement condemning yesterday’s blast in Kabul. 

According to reports of Baaghi TV, a statement from the Foreign Office has confirmed news of a bomb blast outside of the compound of foreigners in Kabul yesterday. Spokesperson for Foreign Office, Dr. Faisal has expressed heartfelt sympathy for the families of the victims.

Foreign Office spokesman Dr. Faisal has added that there is no military solution to Afghanistan’s complex problem, the Afghan nation will continue to support Afghanistan for peace.

On Tuesday, a car bomb had exploded in the Afghan capital, Kabul, killing 16 and injuring hundreds. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the blast. The blast shattered windows and gates in homes several kilometers away. The explosion occurred when the US senior diplomats were briefing Afghan President Ashraf Ghani on a peace deal with the Taliban.
