Lahore, 22nd October: Pakistan current account has come out of deficit.
Baaghi TV: According to reports, Fawad Chaudhry has said that after 17 years, Pakistan current account has come out of deficit, our exports and remittances have exceeded our import.
Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry tweeted that the government had also slashed spending, reducing expenditure and increasing income so that we could move towards economic self-reliance.

It may be recalled that Prime Minister Imran Khan tweeted yesterday that the current account deficit in the first quarter was 790 million dollar surplus, compared to a deficit of 1.49 billion in the same period last year.
He said that there is great good news for Pakistan, we are finally moving in the right direction and our has increased by 29% in September and remittances by 9%.
