Pakistan’s consulate came under the attack of armed men in Jalalabad early this evening. General consul says, no Staffers injured in this attack. Reportedly, Daesh claimed responsibility for the attack immediately after they stormed the consulate.
Pakistani Consul General n Jalalabad confirms all of the consulate members are safe, Foreign Office Spokesperson Zahid Hafeez Chaudhry said in response to queries about social media posts concerning the safety of the personnel of the consulate.
The embassy staff was inside his car when he was attacked by a pistol in Jalalabad, Pakistan Embassy in Kabul said.
