Swabi April 4, 2021: Pakistan is grieving the sudden and violent murder of one of Pakistan’s most renowned judges was killed along with his wife and children.
According to reports received by BaaghiTV, the judges along with their families were martyred in a firing incident in Swabi district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. According to sources in Swabi, unidentified persons opened fire on the vehicle of Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Aftab Afridi near Anbar Interchange in Swabi District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Aftab Afridi, his wife and two children were martyred in the firing. According to police officials, terrorists ambushed and assassinated the judge, injuring two of his bodyguards. According to police officials, Judge Aftab Afridi was on his way to Islamabad from Swat when unidentified men opened fire on his vehicle near the interchange. A large contingent of police arrived at the scene and rushed the judge, his wife and two children to the hospital, where doctors confirmed their deaths upon arrival.
