Pakistan is Deprived of a Great Cricketer, Imran reaction on Abdul Qadir’s Death

LAHORE (7th Sept, 2019): Prime Minister Imran Khan feeling sad after hearing the news of legendary cricketer Abdul Qadir’s death. Pakistan is deprived of a great cricketer, he said.
According to details Prime Minister Imran Khan was deeply grieved to hear the news of sudden death of Abdul Qadir, the former great leg-spinner who played international cricket under his leadership in the 1980’s. Imran Khan said that Pakistan is deprived of a great cricketer.
On the other hand, the legendary cricketer passed away due to a cardiac arrest. The 67-year-old was born in Lahore in 1955. He was regarded one of the best leg-spinners of his time, taking 236 wickets in 67 Test matches and 132 wickets in just 104 One Day Internationals ODIs.
He also served as chief selector for the Pakistan Cricket Board PCB.
