Pakistan moving troops into forward areas, Indian Government

The Indian government said that Pakistan was moving its troops to forward areas along the border – a first such build-up since the 1999 Kargil War.
In the wake of sustained attack by Pakistan, the Induan government has confirmed that four key Indian Air Force (IAF) stations – Udhampur, Pathankot, Adampur, and Bhuj – suffered damage from Pakistani attacks.
During a special briefing on the escalating conflict, Colonel Sophia Qureshi stated that Pakistan attack to 26 strategic sites throughout the night, including air bases and transport hubs. A high-speed missile was also fired at an airbase in Punjab at around 1.40 am.
