Pakistan has been planning to encourage online sacrifice services amid the coronavirus spread, as the country is struggling to revive its economy.

President of Pakistan, Arif Alvi said, ‘It is important that we plan Eid-ul-Azha now. Clear signals should emanate for the people on how to follow directions & SOPs of government regarding.”

The President of Pakistan, Dr Arif Alvi, has said that it is important that we plan for Eid-ul-Adha.

He said in his tweet that government orders should be made clear to people regarding social distance, wearing masks, animal markets, places of sacrifice, the opening of markets and prayers.

Yesterday, he had said in a review meeting on the situation of coronavirus that the rules should be followed during the purchase of animals and Eid gatherings.

Notably, the Punjab government has ordered the local administration no to allow the establishment of cattle markets in urban areas due to the rising number of coronavirus cases in the province.

According to details, Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar has raised concerns over the increase in coronavirus cases. In this regard, the provincial government has decided to seal more affected areas of Lahore.
CM Usman Buzdar said cattle markets will not be established within urban areas. He further directed the concerned authorities to take action against the hoarders of medicines.
The Chief Minister also directed the authorities to constitute a committee to look into complaints regarding the private hospitals involved in overcharging patients. “Strict action will be taken against such hospitals in this regard,” he added.
