Pakistani Actress Ayesha Sana Declared a Fugitive

LAHORE: Actress and host Ayesha Sana has been declared a fugitive in a cybercrime case in a sessions court.

Actress Ayesha Sana has been declared a fugitive in a cybercrime case in the Lahore Sessions Court.

The court on October 4 sought an action report from the FIA declaring the accused a fugitive. Additional Sessions Judge Syed Ali Abbas issued an advertisement on the non-appearance of the accused actress Ayesha Sana. Despite repeated summon notices from the court, the actress did not appear for her hearing.

The FIA Cyber Crime Circle has filed a challan on the complaint of plaintiff Yousuf Baig Mirza whom the actress has been accused of defaming. Ayesha Sana was accused of sharing nasty photos of the plaintiff’s wife and daughter on social media.

In July 2020, she was also called to court in a fraud case. The actress was accused of borrowing Rs. 2 million from the plaintiff, which she returned later with a bounced check.
