Lahore, 2nd September: Pakistan’s famous journalist and anchor has expressed his gratitude to the government of the United Arab Emirates.

According to reports of Baaghi TV,  Mubasher Lucman has thanked the government of the UAE for sending aid to the flood-affected Pakistanis and for its support in this difficult time.

Mubashar Lucman took to his Twitter account and wrote, “Thank you to the UAE government for a generous supply of food and medical aid to the people of Sindh and Balochistan.”

He wrote, “Actions speak louder than words.” Lucman expressed that the government of the Emirates has proved its efforts to serve humanity by sending medical and food aid to flood-affected areas in Sindh and Balochistan.

The UAE’s love for humanity, its support for the oppressed, and its support for the distressed are its hallmarks, as well as their Islamic and family values.

Lucman thanked the UAE government and said that they have maintained their tradition and proven that the UAE has a special love for Pakistan.

It is to be noted that today H.E. Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Al Zaabi, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan stated that in accordance with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, in coordination with the UAE Embassy in Islamabad will implement an emergency relief program for those affected by floods in southern Pakistan and according to the preliminary study the number of beneficiaries is expected to reach about 75,000 in the affected areas.
