Palestine conflict should be resolved under the “Arab Peace Initiative”: Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan’s address to the UN General Assembly.

While supporting the Pakistani stance on Palestine issue, Saudi Foreign Minister demanded for the deployment of International peacekeepers in Gaza.

According to sources, while addressing a special session of the UN General Assembly, he said that the Palestine conflict should be resolved under the “Arab Peace Initiative”.

He further said that Saudi Arabia appreciates the ceasefire efforts in Gaza.

Faisal bin Farhan said that the issue of Palestine is the main focus of Saudi Arabia’s foreign policy. Until the Palestinians get their lands back, Saudi Arabia is with Palestine.

Saudi Arabia strongly rejects Israel’s move to expel Palestinians from East Jerusalem. Israeli provocations have escalated the conflict.

Addressing a special session of the UN General Assembly, Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan said that Saudi Arabia supports Pakistan’s stance on this issue.
