PALPA may go to court early morning to surprise its own management

BAAGHI TV EXCLUSIVE: Baaghi TV has reliably learnt that Pakistan Airline Pilots’ Association (PALPA), the association for Airline Pilots of the PIA, may go to a court Monday morning against its management’s decision to revoke parts of the contract between PALPA and PIA management.

They have been as per a source given strong indications that they are on a strong footing to challenge the management’s orders which the pilots feel are “unilateral and one sided,” and defy the safety procedures that can be affected by this decision. Off late PALPA has come increasingly in the line of fire for its public outcry not to fly or the shabby treatment of its crew members by local authorities for being quarantined.

PIA cancels working agreements with PALPA and other associations

Citing emergency reasons the PIA management has sidestepped its contract with the association as the management feels, “tough times call for tougher decisions”. As per an inside source the PALPA is being supported by some political stalwarts and those who claim to have “excellent contacts and working legal knowledge”.

If PALPA does go to a court it is estimated that they will be looking for a short stay order to continue the proceedings on status quo which suits them perfectly. PALPA spokesperson Captain Qasim Qadir refused to comment either way on the issue.

CAA Mafia Exposed

Baaghi TV has learnt that PALPA has a new legal team and are confident of this step resulting in their favour. No one from PIA management could be reached at the time of filing this report.

PALPA office bearers are very hush hush about the matter and have decided to keep it an absolute secret till it is filed. They also decided to go to court in Lahore to avoid being detected by anyone from management in Karachi. For this they have had some lengthy meetings already, Baaghi TV learnt reliably.

Kinda off topic but I just wanted to say, personally, I support PTM coz PK Gov is killing dissidents nationally and internationally. They r also killing innocent women, men and children. They r supporting terrorism on the contrary PTM wants peace and are voicing the voiceless and the victims families.
