Parisian Protesters Chant “Modi Terrorist” Outside UNESCO Headquarters

Paris (24th Aug, 2019): Overseas Pakistani expats, including the Sikh community and other organizations staged a joint protest in front of UNESCO headquarters in Paris upon the arrival of the Indian PM Narendra Modi. Reportedly the protectors chanted slogans of “Modi terrorist”.
According to reports, followed by the Indian government’s move to scrap articles 370 and 35A, causing changes to the demography of Indian Occupied Kashmir, overseas Pakistani as well as the Sikh community and other organizations have exercised their rights by protesting outside the Paris headquarters of UNESCO.
Sources confirm, that the join protest was demonstrated as the Indian PM followed by his delegation arrived at the Paris headquarters. Other slogans included “Long Live Kashmir” and “Long Live Khalistan” to raise awareness and express solidarity with the Kashmir cause of freedom and independence from Indian oppression. Moreover, it has been reported that Turkish non-governmental organization have simultaneously staged protests outside the Indian embassy situated in Ankara as a show of solidarity with Kashmir and its people.
It has additionally been reported that the Turkish people have demonstrated with placards stating that the Kashmiri people should be given due right to choose their future themselves. He further added, that its future should not be decided by New Delhi.
