February 16, 2021: PHA decides to celebrate spring. The Spring Festival Preparation Meeting was held at Headquarters in Jilani Park. The meeting was chaired by DGPHA Jawad Hamad Qureshi. All PHA directors were in attendance in the meeting. DGPHA Jawad Ahmad Qureshi briefed the PHA officers about the preparations for the Spring Festival.
PHA will celebrate the annual Spring Festival in its traditional style from March 1. DGPHA Jawad Ahmad Qureshi said “the Spring Festival will see the decorations at Jail Road Jilani Park. The celebrations for Spring Festival will have more than 10 colorful programs. The Spring Festival will have Dog Show, Cat Show, Mural Painting, Storytelling, Vintage Car Rally, Poetry, Bird’s Tail, Calligraphy, Fireworks, Cycle Race and other programs.”
