Lahore, 28th September: Prime Minister Imran Khan has asked what has the party done for Karachi which was elected from Sindh.

Baaghi TV: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the party elected from Sindh has not done anything for Karachi, one city in Punjab has been elevated and the rest have been left behind, most of the funds will be spent on the tribal areas.

Addressing the gathering in Mohmand, PM Imran Khan said that every government has an ideology, our ideology is the state of Madinah, where it is the responsibility of the state to uplift the weaker sections. The world’s first welfare state was created in Madinah nad the responsibility was taken for the elderly, widows and the poor.

PM Imran Khan says intra-Afghan talks require patience

The Prime Minister said that inside Sindh, the tribal areas are far behind, those elected from within Sindh do nothing for Karachi.

The stronghold of PML-N was Central Punjab, we have to pay attention to the areas that are left behind.

He said that more funds should be spent on the tribal area. The provinces had promised to give 3% NFC award to the tribal areas. Now the provinces are not ready to participate in the NFC award.

Imran Khan said that due to the coronavirus, less money was collected, Balochistan and tribal areas should get funds. Finance Ministry has been asked to give funds to tribal areas since Pakistan was created, there has been no prosperity in tribal areas, the trade will lead to development in the tribal areas.

The Prime Minister further said that peace talks have started in Afghanistan, there are countries which do not want peace in Afghanistan.

Pak-Afghan border has been blocked for anti-smuggling, border market is being prepared to be opened.
