Pakistan Bar Council has demanded National Accountability Bureau to complete investigation against former Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry’s son Arslan Iftikhar on Tuesday.

Baaghitv has learnt, that vice-chairman PBC Amjad Shah has penned a letter to accountability watch-dog to complete the investigation related to corruption charges against Arslan Chaudhry, son of Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry as the matter was referred to NAB by apex court in 2012.

Arslan Iftikhar then challenged the apex court decision but later withdrew the petition. Amjad Shah said PBC discussed the matter in length in their meeting and expressed their resolve to rid the country of menaces of corruption, and to ensure across the board accountability it is imperative that the corruption cases pending, against Arslan Iftikhar, should be dealt as per the law.
