PCB calls of PSL amid coronavirus outbreak

Lahore: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to postpone the Pakistan Super League (PSL) immediately due to spread of coronavirus. The PCB has confirmed that the remaining matches of the Pakistan Super League are immediately postponed due to concerns over the coronavirus. The first match of the PSL semi-final was to be held in Lahore between Multan Sultans and Peshawar Zalmi at 2 pm today. While the second match was supposed to be played today between Karachi Kings and Lahore Qalandars at 7 pm. Moreover, the final match of the tournament has also been postponed. One franchise not ready to play after the return of foreign players: sources According to sources, one of the franchise is not ready to play after the return of foreign players, so the decision to end the event was made in the presence of PCB and franchise owners, while PCB informed the broadcasters.
