PDMA Punjab issues severe heatwave alert for various districts
Provincial Disaster Management Authority, Punjab has issued an alert about severe heatwave in Multan and Dera Ghazi Khan Lahore, Faisalabad and Sargodha Districts from Thursday.
In response, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has directed concerned administrations and the public, urging strict precautionary measures.
Rescue 1122 and local health services in affected districts have been placed on high alert.
