Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) vice president Maryam Nawaz has said that people around her and close to her are receiving threatening calls from unknown numbers.
Accorrding to the details, Maryam Nawaz has reached Lahore after attending the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) jalsa in Quetta. In her tweet, Maryam said that people around her and close to her are receiving threatening calls from unknown numbers and it is being said that after today’s speeches, all of you should be ready for crackdown.

The PML-N vice president said that the people of Pakistan should take note, it is written here for the record.

On the other hand, Dr. Shahbaz Gil, Special Assistant to PM Imran Khan for Political Coordination, said in response to Maryam Nawaz’s tweet that an expert was asked to forensicize the phones of those who received calls so that the intimidator could be reached.
“Please contact law enforcement and get a forensic examination,” he said.

It may be recalled that the opposition Ittehad-e-Pakistan Democratic Movement, after Gujranwala and Karachi, also showed full people’s strength in Quetta and the leaders opposed the central and provincial governments in their speeches.
