Peshawar admin bans aerial firing, quad copter and kites flying

Peshawar July 28 (Online Int’l): The district administration Peshawar has imposed a ban on aerial firing, quad copter and kites flying.

Action will be taken against violator under section 144 Cr.P.C. Pigeon shops, use of high Beams laser lights at any shop or advertisement site which can be detrimental to landing of planes in the areas of Pishta Khara, Landi Akhoon Muhammad, Umer Gul road, Nawa Kaley, Shaheed Abad, Bara Gate, Custom Chowk, Abdara Road & Tehkal.

Anyone found violating this order shall be proceeded against under section 188 P.P.C. This order shall come into force forthwith and shall remain enforced for 30- days unless modified or withdrawn.
