Petition filed against Nawaz Sharif for speaking against institutions

Islamabad, 2nd October: A petition has been filed in the Islamabad High Court seeking action against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for his speeches against state institutions.

The petition was filed by a lawyer named Shahjahan Khan Advocate. Nawaz Sharif, Federal Government, Secretary Home and Foreign Affairs and others were made parties in the petition.

The petition takes the position that Nawaz Sharif in his recent speech made negative propaganda against national institutions. Nawaz Sharif’s propaganda has damaged the respect of national institutions.

The court ordered the parties to take action on Nawaz Sharif’s recent speech. The court ordered the parties to clear their positions in accordance with the law.

It should be noted that former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had addressed the APC of the opposition parties and in it, he had sharply criticized the institutions. Nawaz Sharif’s statement was seen as a statement of Pakistan’s enemy. In his speech, he criticized the institutions.
