According to the report of Baaghi TV, the writ petition No. 3405/2020 filed by Capt. Muhammad Asim Nawaz against CAA and Aviation, to save Pakistani aviation from disaster was filed in the Islamabad High Court, for which the hearing will take place today.

In anticipation of these unforeseen circumstances, the petitioner brings to the notice of the esteemed court that, thousands of PIA flight operations have been shut down mainly due to corruption. The court was told that, earlier, due to these actions, all the directors of CAA Pakistan were declared incompetent. When Shaheen Air, Bhoja Air, Vision Air and Ryan Air closed. As a result, more than 10,000 aviation workers lost their jobs.
