It is not true that Pfizer vaccine is safer than the others as data from the Italian Medicines Agency (Agenzia Italiana del farmaco – AIFA) show exactly the opposite, writes the Italian newspaper Il Tempo.
According to a report dated May 26, 2021, around 213 deaths took place in Italy from the Pfizer vaccine. Moreover, 58 people died after receiving the Moderna vaccine, 53 after AstraZeneca and 4 after Janssen which brings the total death toll to 328, however, in the Netherlands there are so far 381 reports of death.
People under the age of 60 are no longer being vaccinated with AstraZeneca in Italy after the death of 18-year-old Camilla Canepa last Thursday. She was given the shot on May 25, 2021 and died of blood clots.
