PIA initiates customer care week to improve customer experience

Nov 29, 2022: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) announced the launch of Customer Care Week by PIA to improve the quality of flights for the sake of its guests.

Customer Care Week is being observed from November 29 to December 4, across the PIA network and flights across the globe. The Customer Care Week is being organized under the leadership of HR Department of PIA with the motto of Service with a Smile.

During Customer Care Week, awards will also be given to employees for excellence in hospitality and customer care. A large number of gifts and prizes are also allotted to the passengers during the Customer Care Week .

The training received from Customer Care Week will significantly improve the service quality of PIA, PIA spokesperson said.
