Counsel for the petitioner said that the Civil Aviation Authority revoked the airline transport license on July 14.

The court order said that the Civil Aviation Authority did not inform the court, the Assistant Attorney General did not inform the court, the post of Director General Civil Aviation Authority is important, the federal government has been DG Aviation for the last 2 years. Why the appointment to the post was not implemented? The most important post was given to the Additional Church Secretary Civil Aviation, the federal government submitted a written explanation to the High Court.

The court adjourned the hearing till September 8.
