PM Imran offered Eid prayers at Banigala mosque

Prime Minister Imran Khan offered his Eid-ul-Fitr prayers at the Banigala mosque along with the official staff posted at the Secretariat. After the prayers, the prime minister mixed and mingled with the people and wished them heartiest Eid greetings.
Earlier, in his message to the people of the country, on the occasion of Eidul Fitr, the prime minister stated, “the objective of Eid was to promote unity, brotherhood, sacrifice and generosity among the Muslims.”
He extended greetings to the nation and thanked Allah Almighty for blessing every one with such a festive day.
He said the people could only share joys of Eid with others unless they abided by the golden principles of Islam and promote generosity by becoming good human beings and good muslims.
He said the government was persistently working hard to put the country on the track of progress and prosperity.
“Insha Allah, we will soon succeed in developing Pakistan on the pattern of State of Madina by ridding it of social and economic challenges,” he remarked.
He said the State of Madina had become a model in the human history that had won rich tributes for contributing to the human welfare.
The current government would continue in playing its responsible role for developing Pakistan into a real welfare state.
He also called out to the public to support and help us struggle to help the government achieve this objective, he added.
