PM Khan again asks nation to avail Tax Amnesty Scheme.

PM Imran Khan again asks the nation to avail prevailing Tax Amnesty Scheme which has been announced by PTI led government.

According to reports of Baaghitv, PM Imran Khan addressed the nation again in which he urged the nation to avail present Tax Amnesty Scheme. The PTI led government has announced Tax Amnesty Scheme which will end on 30 June.

In a brief two minutes speech, PM Imran Khan appealed the nation to avail scheme and pay taxes to help country get rid of ‘debt trap’. He said, “This is a golden opportunity for you, the scheme allows you to declare all your assets in the country and abroad, including gold, dollars and other benami assets”.

He reiterated his vow to go after corrupt officials and said we have all the records of people which has been amassed by different agencies and departments including FBR and SECP. He sadi at present we have to collect revenue Rs.5500 billion taxes in next fiscal year and he needs masses support to take this amount to Rs.8000 billion.
