PM Khan to take major decisions today

Saturday, Jun 13th: According to the report of Baaghi TV, Prime Minister Imran Khan will spend the busiest day in Lahore today.

Prime Minister Imran Khan arrived in Lahore last evening. Prime Minister Imran Khan will preside over a special meeting in the Chief Minister’s House in which the proposal of smart lockdown at various places in Lahore will be discussed. PM Imran Khan will be briefed on provincial budget and anti-tax measures, performance of ministers will also be discussed in the meeting, PM Imran Khan will also meet Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar and Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar.

The Prime Minister will also be briefed on the facilities for patients in Punjab hospitals, how much SOPs are being implemented for anti-Corona, the Prime Minister will be briefed. Prime Minister Imran Khan will also attend a function at the Governor House.

The Prime Minister had left for Lahore after the National Assembly session on the budget yesterday. As soon as he reached Lahore, he left the airport for his residence Zaman Park.

It is to be noted that the proposal of severe lockdown is being considered in Lahore after the increasing cases of Corona.

A proposal to close all major markets and business centers in Lahore is under consideration. Strict measures are also being considered at the entrances and exits of Lahore. Medical stores will be allowed to remain open during the lockdown in Lahore.

The opinion of the members will also be taken in the meeting of the Cabinet Committee to be held on Monday. The proposal to lock down Lahore was also under consideration in the meeting of the Apex Committee. The Corona Advisory Group also suggested to lock down Lahore. In a letter, Gamorld Health Organization had suggested a two-week lockdown in Punjab.

Lockdown in Lahore is being considered for 2 weeks from Monday, medicine and grocery stores will be allowed to open, final decision on lockdown in Lahore will be taken by the Prime Minister, due to record cases of Corona in Lahore.
