Lahore, 9th March: PML-N has come to the fore following the government’s offer to JUI regarding a seat in Senate.
According to Baaghi TV, PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah on Tuesday came to the fore after the government offered JUI a deputy seat in the Senate
Rana Sanaullah said that the government’s offer will not be accepted, the decision for the deputy chairman will be from the platform of PDM.
He said that the government is trying to crack the PDM, however, JUI will abide by PDM’s decision.
Sanaullah added that the PDM has a majority in the Senate, not the government and that the government should recognize the PDM’s majority in the Senate.
JUI leader Hafiz Hamdullah said that a committee has been formed under the chairmanship of Shahid Khaqan for the name of Deputy Chairman Senate. If there is an offer from the government, only the PDM will decide.
It is to be noted that after the defeat in the Senate election, the government has contacted Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s party. The government has offered JUI-F the post of Deputy Chairman Senate.
