Ruling party PML-N has turned to the Supreme Judicial Council against Justice Mazahar Ali Naqvi in connection with an alleged audio leak case.  A complaint pertaining to the alleged audio leak has been filed against Justice Sayyed Muhammad Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi. The transcript of the alleged conversation with Chaudhry Pervez Elahi has also been included in the application. It has been said in the petition that the code of conduct has been violated, an arrest should be made and action should be taken against Justice Mazahir Naqvi under Article 209.
