PM's visit to Russia will be significant to Pak's economy: Rao I Baaghi TV

Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan’s visit to Russia on February 23, 2022, will be significant to Pakistan’s economy, says journalist Afeefa Rao in her Youtube show, ’25th Hour’. During PM’s visit to Russia, the drastic change in the petroleum prices in the global market are likely to be discussed, anticipating PM’s persuasion to Russia to avoid a ‘much-hyped’ invasion of Ukraine, says Faisal Rao.

The hosts of the ’25th Hour’ also highlighted the frequent meetings between Jahangir Tareen group and opposition leaders. Although, Jahangir Tareen has not given any final decision regarding his active participation in politics, opposition leaders are keen to welcome him in the hope of dismantling the current government.

During their YouTube show, Afeefa and Faisal Rao, both pointed out the visit of Ayaz Sadiq, member of National Assembly and PML-N leader,  to London and that Nawaz Sharif is probably waiting for the removal of current Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government which would then pave the way for his return.

Earlier, Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) Leader, Maulana Fazlur Rehman also met with Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) Co-Chairman, Asif Ali Zardari to discuss the ‘no-confidence’ motion. “Although PPP has isloated itself from PDM, Bilawal Bhutto is seen to be following the steps of his father rather than his mother,” said Faisal Rao.

The government should also focus on health care facilities including urging it to promote sports culture all over Pakistan. “Despite being a sportsperson himself, PM Imran Khan has not done much to increase the vigour of sports activities,” said Afeefa Rao.
