On the occasion of Pakistan Defence Day, posters featuring the image of Pakistan Army Chief Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir were put up across Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
These posters were displayed by various pro-freedom organizations in different areas of the Valley and Jammu region.
The posters carried messages stating: “The time is not far when Kashmir will be free and the people will get their rights. India should abandon its nefarious agenda in Jammu and Kashmir and leave. Kashmir is not an internal matter of India but an unfinished international agenda. The people of Jammu and Kashmir want to merge with Pakistan. India launched naked aggression against Pakistan in 1965, and the Kashmiri people stand shoulder to shoulder with Pakistan, honoring sacrifices of its soldiers and citizens in defending motherland in 1965. Kashmir is the jugular vein of Pakistan.”
The posters also highlighted Field Marshal Asim Munir’s statement in which he said: “We continue to stand firmly with the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir in their just struggle for the right to self-determination.”
