February 2, 2021 Quetta : Gwadar Cricket Stadium has bee approved for installation of world class flood lights, and additional enclosure to increase spectator capacity in the stadium was also approved. A Digital Score Board, and Media Box will also be set up at Senator Ishaq Stadium Gwadar. Cooperation will be sought from PCB for making high quality pitches. All steps will be taken to make Gwadar an international cricket venue.
Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan said that the praise of ICC and international cricket circles is encouraging.
The decisions were taken in the meeting of the governing body of Gwadar Development Authority chaired by Jam Kamal Khan at Chief Minister’s House Quetta.
